Mobility Teams
Mobility -> Settings -> Mobility Teams
Mobility Teams allow you to group together multiple Employees for the purposes of:
- Time Entry: Entering Time in Freeway against multiple employees. This allows a supervisor to capture each of their team members time entries against an order. This means that only the Supervisor needs to be setup in Freeway
- Stock Count Allocation: Grouping multiple employees together to enable stock counts to be recorded by each team member within Freeway. In Ostendo against a new Inventory Count, you may specify a Mobility Team the Count is available to.
- Mobility Pooling: This enables multiple employees to be linked together as one team when that team is specified as a Mobility Pooling Team. Each of the Team members will see all unclaimed jobs until such time as one of those members picks up that job.
