Updating Assembly Order Additional Fields

As there is no specific Style Template Type in Ostendo for updating Assembly Order Additional Fields from Freeway, you can use the following process to make these fields available to Freeway for updating purposes.

• Create a Checklist with the name of @ASSYFIELDS@

• Ensure the Description of the Checklist is Assembly Additional Fields

• Create a Checklist Group Name of Assembly Additional Fields Set the Mandatory Style option according to your requirements. 

• Specify each Checklist Item with the Additional Field you which to make available for updating ensuring the Check Item Description is exactly the same name as the Additional Field Caption specified in the Additional Fields.

• Ensure the Checklist Item Type is defined the same as that in for each Additional Field. eg: 
• Integer = Integer
• Yes/No = CheckBox
• Date = Date
• Text with a Value List = List
• Decimal = Number
• Time = Time

• Ensure the Style Template includes the @ASSYFIELDS@ Checklist

• Synchronise Freeway (Re-Initialise Sync)
