Auto Emails

Auto Emailing provides the facility to send out emails automatically for each of the following activities:

Calendar Reminders

-

Ticket Actions

-

History Note Follow-ups

-

Quote Follow-ups

-

System Alerts

-

Sales Delivery Advice Notifications

 

Entry and Display fields

 

Email Action: Select the Email Action from the drop-down list.

 

Override Email: Tick this box if you wish to use an Override Email instead of the default set up in Queue Settings.

 

Override Email Address: Enter the Override Email Address if Override Email is ticked.

 

Non-assigned Email Address: For Quotes follow-ups the Sales Persons email is used therefore if there is no Salesperson or that employee doesn’t have an email address then the Non-Assigned Email Address will be used.

BCC Email Address: Enter a BCC email address if required.

 

Status:  Set as Active or InActive.

 

 

Buttons

 

Close: This will close the screen.  If you have any unsaved data then you will be asked if you wish to save it before the screen is closed.

 

Add: This will send the cursor to a new line for entry of a new record.

.

Save: This will save the current data without exiting the screen

 

Cancel: Any changes made since the screen was opened or the last time the ‘Save’ Button was pressed will be lost.

 

Delete: This will immediately delete the current record from the list.
