Images

An image is designed layout content — a screenshot of the steps, an annotated form, a diagram eg: Flowchart. Add it from the palette, 

Name it, Size it with the Width and Height sliders from within the Object Properties screen, and it fits neatly without ever cropping or distorting. 

Images come from a shared library, so the same picture can appear on several desktops and updates everywhere at once.
