KPI Tiles:

A KPI tile shows live business figures — sales today, jobs overdue, stock below minimum — with a coloured beacon dot that turns red when something needs attention, and an “as at” time so you always know how fresh the number is.

Pick which KPI a tile shows in its object properties screen (right hand side)

You only see the KPIs your role allows; if a tile ever loses access it shows a polite locked state rather than a stale number. KPI values are calculated centrally on a schedule and shared to everyone, so tiles never slow the system down.
