Working With Desktops

Your Workspace can comprise multiple Desktops. These can be linked by buttons within each Desktop or by manually selecting a desktop from the upper panel

• Switch desktops using the tabs along the desktop bar. You can have as many as you like — one for month-end, one for the workshop, and so on. Alternatively you can place Desktop buttons on your Desktop canvas use them to link to another Desktop 
• Rename a desktop by double-clicking its tab in the upper panel.
• Create a desktop with + New. You can start fresh (a blank canvas), from one of your role templates (ready-made starting points from your role), or by taking a copy of one of your desktops — handy for “another one like my Workshop, tuned for month-end”.

A copy is fully independent — changing one never affects the other — and it brings its links and appearance with it (sticky notes and photos stay with the original, as they are personal scratch items).
