Inventory Adjustments
The following is used whenever a Stock Adjustment Transaction is carried out through the Inventory Adjustment screen
(If an Adjustment Qty is a positive, this would result in a Debit to the Inventory Cost Centre)

STOCK ADJUSTMENT VARIANCE |
Inventory:
The Inventory Warehouse Category Mapping is evaluated first to determine the Inventory Cost Centre for the Item based upon its Category. If no Warehouse Category Mapping rule exists,
then the Inventory Cost Centre is evaluated from the Warehouse of the transaction to determine the Cost Centre for Inventory. If no Warehouse Inventory Cost Centre exists,
then the Stock Cost Centre from the Base Cost Centre Mapping is used
Stock Adjustment Variance:
The Adjustment Types by Warehouse are evaluated first to determine the Adjustments Cost Centre based upon the Inventory Adjustment Line Warehouse and Adjustment Type. If no rule exists,
then the Adjustment Types are evaluated to determine the Adjustments Cost Centre based upon the Inventory Adjustment Line Adjustment Type. If no rule exists,
then the Inventory Warehouse Category Mapping is evaluated to determine the Adjustments Cost Centre for the Item based upon its Category. If no Warehouse Category Mapping rule exists,
then the Adjustments Cost Centre is evaluated from the Warehouse of the transaction to determine the Cost Centre for Adjustments. If no Warehouse Adjustments Cost Centre exists,
then the Adjustments Cost Centre from the Base Cost Centre Mapping is used
