User Security and Setting User Options

File -> System Configuration -> User Security & Options 

Ensure at least one Ostendo user has the No External GL Posting 'Un Selected'.

Posting of transactions to Xero is initiated when one or more Ostendo users (having “No External GL Posting” unticked) are logged in.
