Mobility Note Names

Mobility -> Settings -> Note Names

Overview:

Ostendo allows you to setup dedicated Note Names that are defined on the Style Template. These note names can be configured to update specific note fields in Ostendo relating to the record (eg: Job / Purchase Order etc..) the Freeway user is on. 

Note Names may also be marked on the Style Template to be a mandatory entry

For example you may want the Freeway user to enter some job notes from within the Freeway Data Sheet. These notes could be configured to update any or all of the following:

• Job Instructions
• Job History Notes
• Customer Notes
• Customer History Notes etc...

Further to this, in addition of these Notes you can also include recorded Times and / or Checklist answers.
